Welcome to EuPairing, the online platform that connects au pairs with families across Europe. By using or accessing the services provided by EuPairing, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
- "EuPairing" refers to the platform that connects au pairs with host families.
- "User" refers to any individual who accesses the platform, either as a host family or as an au pair.
- "Host Family" refers to families seeking to host an au pair.
- "Au Pair" refers to individuals seeking to work as au pairs with host families.

2. Use of the Platform
- EuPairing provides a membership platform that facilitates the connection between host families and au pairs. Users may create accounts, browse profiles, and communicate with other users via the platform.
- Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in their profiles and to update it as necessary.
- EuPairing is not responsible for the actions or behavior of users once they connect through the platform. We encourage users to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

3. Account Registration
- To use the platform, users must create an account and provide relevant details. Both host families and au pairs must be at least 18 years old to register.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including usernames and passwords, and are fully responsible for all activities under their accounts.

4. User Conduct
- Users agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Users must not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent themselves in any way.
- The platform is to be used for personal purposes only. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by EuPairing.
- Users agree not to upload, post, or share any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.

- Users agree to indemnify and hold EuPairing harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of the platform.

- EuPairing reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
